Free “How To” Videos

As part of our commitment to helping self-represented individuals better understand the family law process, I am including a few free educational resources designed to assist you with completing some of the most commonly needed forms and how you will complete these forms. These resources will include step-by-step guidance video on how to request a court fee waiver, how to properly complete a Proof of Service of Summons after personal service, and how to complete service by mail when using a Notice and Acknowledgment of Receipt. The goal of these free materials is to help you to complete the forms correctly and submit them to the court for proper filing.
